GDMB’s Approach

By relentlessly pursuing and deploying cutting edge construction technology in our operations, we aim to increase productivity and enhance output efficiencies to our Clients. We integrate building information modelling in our design processes and work with digital twins of the assets being delivered throughout their construction life cycles. The end product is a visual digital record of the asset for use by our Clients in marketing, sales and facilities management.

About our company

GDMB Co. Ltd. is registered as a Building and Civil Works Contractor by the National Construction Authority of Kenya (NCA) and is credited as the first Contractor in East Africa to operate fully on BIM.
